The steps to follow at the end of your study:
- Transcript of Records
You will receive a Transcript of Records from your Faculty Coordinator. The document consists of information about course titles, faculties where they were completed, local grades, ECTS credits, description of the institutional grading system transferred into the ECTS grading system, as well as the ECTS grading scale. The Transcript of Records should be delivered to the International Cooperation Office before departure.
- Certificate of Attendance
The International Cooperation Office will certify completion of your 1 or 2 semesters of study and the dates of your Erasmus+ mobility.
- Clearance Slip
Before your departure home, you need to obtain required stamps and signatures on the Clearance Slip. This means you need to visit the Student Dormitory and the International Cooperation Office.
- Questionnaire
You will receive a questionnaire from your Faculty Coordinator or from the International Cooperation Office. You will be asked to rank each answer on a scale of 0-5 (where 0 is the lowest and 5 is the highest level of satisfaction). We hope you will also share your comments and experience. We value your feedback and opinion.
- Do not forget to return your borrowed books to the University’s library
